In line with the directives of Chief Judge of the FCT that all political matters can only be heard in the states where the matter originated from, the FCT High Court this morning struck out the case filed by National Assembly members trying to stop the National Chairman of PDP, Prince Uche Secondus, the PDP, and Ntufam Edim Inok, Acting Chairman of PDP from altering the list from the National Assembly camp.
The Presiding Judge of Court 9 FCT, Justice Jude Okeke who had earlier adjourned to today 25th June to rule on the motion for perpetual injunction declined jurisdiction based on the practice direction urging him to transfer same.
It is conclusive from the above that there is no more injunction stopping the PDP from authenticating the list from the primaries as corroborated by the Governor 's camp.
Our source from the court stated that this is a bitter pile for National Assembly members from Cross River State to swallow.
This appears to be a clear victory for the Governor and his camp.
